A space designed with you in mind.

Our industrial studio is the perfect place to get creative - with crisp white walls, newly finished concrete floors, a mezzanine, and floor-to-ceiling windows. It's ideal for photography, videography, content creation, co-working, small events, and team meetings. Plus, it’s private use! Meaning, your time in the studio will not be shared with others, and the entire space will only be available to you during your rental period.

With easy access right off I-35, The space is approximately 1400 square feet of net rentable area, which is split between the first floor (about 1000sq ft) and the loft mezzanine (400 sq ft) and can accommodate 25 people. There are also plenty of restaurants nearby, including a Starbucks within walking distance.

  • Yes, you’re welcome to move furniture, but please set things back to their original position when you’re done. We have dollies you can use as well as furniture-moving aids, like pop on wheels/felt pads. If you’re looking to hang things, please only use command strips that will easily peel off without leaving holes or peeling the fresh paint.

  • Yes! The great thing about our space is that it’s multifunctional. Use it to host a workshop or event, meet with coworkers, plan with your team, or use it as a creative workspace. Let us know what you need and we're happy to accommodate when we can.

  • We are in North Austin, just over the line of Pflugerville off of Pecan street and right beside N-I 35

  • “Leave no trace in our space”. You’ll need to factor in setup, breakdown, and clean-up time in your booking. Please clean up and return the space to its opening condition upon your arrival for the next guest.
